Parents' opinions on the services and offers of the Studierendenwerk childcare centres are of great importance to us. The feedback serves as a source of information about our services and forms the starting point for further developments. As a result, we commissioned an external market research institute in 2023 to conduct an online survey of all parents of the 370 daycare centre children - and this is not a matter of course for daycare providers. The high response rate of 53% shows that the parents took part in our survey very actively and the results emphasise their positive experiences. The parents surveyed were particularly satisfied with the implementation of free play in the group, outdoor play and the promotion of independence. The high level of satisfaction overall is clearly reflected in the average rating of 2.
