The topic of ‘resilience’ is currently enjoying enormous popularity in our postmodern, fast-paced and digital society. After all, this form of resilience is seen as a key skill for coping with stress and mental hygiene.
For people with disabilities, the development and expansion of resilience skills in conjunction with disability-related additional expenses, challenges and barriers are often indispensable. But how do I become resilient in a fast-paced, digitalised everyday life with many stressful situations? What strategies and possibilities are there to build up or expand my resilience skills and align them to the respective needs?

This two-hour virtual iXNet get-together of the inclusive expert network on Wednesday, 23 October 2024, from 6 pm - 8 pm, will focus on these and other issues as well as on joint exchange, networking and mutual empowerment.
