An evening full of honesty and courage! Dealing with mental impairments in everyday life is a very central and at the same time personal matter for those affected. But what can solution strategies look like? In the search for ideas and possibilities, it can be helpful to take inspiration from other sufferers and their often creative approaches.
Experience the inspiring story of Chris Kerbeck, who gives an intimate insight into her life with a mental illness in her autobiographical narrative. With great candour, she describes her journey out of the darkness, characterised by fears and self-doubt. Let yourself be carried away by her reading and immerse yourself in the moving message that even the most difficult path can lead to the light.
