We have a healthy breakfast prepared jointly by teachers and children as a component of the comprehensive quality concept. This and all other food comes mainly from controlled organic and regional cultivation. For lunch, we work together with the Hamburg caterer "Forrest Cook". They pay special attention to quality, regional origin and sustainable production. We buy our meat from the "Bio Fleischerei Fricke". As a Bioland contract partner, the meat and sausage products are produced strictly according to the Bioland association specifications.
