The Studierendenwerk Hamburg was awarded the title of "TOP Training Company" by DEHOGA Germany for the quality of its training in the area of university catering, initially until 31.07.2023. With the initiative "TOP-Ausbildungsbetrieb" the DEHOGA creates a nationwide uniform certification for a high standard of training. TOP training companies commit to 12 strong guiding principles for training with high quality, such as an appropriate orientation phase and familiarization period, the promotion of participation in job-related projects, competitions and training or the appreciation of the personality and performance of the trainees.
