After a short round of introductions, Ms. Alhassan reported on her career. She fled to Germany in 2014 to escape the civil war in Syria, did her master's degree in Emden and now works in Hamburg. In her Facebook group "Lernen mit Bijin" (Learn with Bijin), she gives other women tips about life in Germany and the German language. She makes her videos in Arabic, Kurdish, English and German to reach as many women as possible. The scholarship holders asked questions with interest before looking back on their year 2020 themselves. Finally, Bjeen Alhassan gave the scholarship holders some important tips on how to apply for jobs.
