Application process
Apply to the Studierendenwerk - this is how it works

  1. Send your application with the usual, meaningful documents such as a letter of motivation, CV and certificates in a PDF file (max. 10 MB) to bewerbung@studierendenwerk-hamburg.de
  2. You will then immediately receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application and informing you which of your data we will store and use where as part of the process. You can view our data protection information for applicants here​​​.
  3. After the closing date for applications, your application will be reviewed individually by HR management and the specialist department for professional and personal qualifications. You will then receive feedback. 
  4. If the feedback is positive, we will get to know each other in a personal interview.

It's good to have you here! If you think that you would be a good fit for us, but we don't have a suitable job offer at the moment, please feel free to send us your documents on your own initiative. We will then work with the departments to see if there is an opportunity for you. If so - welcome to the Studierendenwerk!
