Once again this year, the cafeterias of Studierendenwerk Hamburg are inviting guests to their popular Christmas dinner! On December 4, 2025, all guests can look forward to a festive menu that will get them in the mood for the most wonderful time of the year. There are two delicious main courses to choose from:
Crispy duck drumstick with red apple cabbage, potato dumplings and poultry sauce
Vegan steak with red apple cabbage, roasted potatoes and a delicate pearl onion sauce
Two heavenly desserts provide a sweet finish:
Vegan Christmas chocolate mousse with cherries
Apple and hazelnut crumble with mascarpone and quark cream

Main course: €4.90 (students) | €6.20 (staff) | €7.40 (guests)
Dessert: €1.20 (students) | €1.30 (staff) | €1.45 (guests)
To ensure that everyone gets their money's worth, the kitchen professionals are preparing impressive quantities – including around 1,220 kg of duck legs, 530 kg of vegan steaks, 2.4 tons of apple red cabbage, and 11,620 potato dumplings.
