The newly designed dining room of the Philturm cafeteria impresses with lounge furniture and a colour concept of muted tones that make the stay pleasant and invite people to meet and chat. In addition to the classic menu, the new culinary concept emphasises Levantine cuisine from the eastern Mediterranean and also offers highlights from Asian wok cuisine. In addition to the attractive breakfast menu, there will be 3 meals a day, a large vegetarian and vegan selection at the extensive pasta and vegetable counter as well as desserts, 2 salad stations with fresh salads and a speciality counter with an Asian or Levantine focus (e.g. salads and spreads as well as Asian specialities), all prepared in the front cooking area with new energy-efficient kitchen technology.
This cafeteria is barrier-free and offers tray trolleys for wheelchair users. There are also highchairs for our youngest guests.
Hot meals and salads are available daily until 17:00.
