In April we asked you for feedback on our dining halls and cafés in our online survey, and now the results are in!
Around 9,000 participants rated the quality of our services and offerings. The evaluation shows: You are satisfied to very satisfied at all locations! In particular, you gave top marks to the service, but you also rated the quality, taste and composition of the food positively. We are very happy about this great result, which reflects a high level of customer satisfaction, and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part in the satisfaction survey.
We will take your wishes and requirements into account when planning the university's catering and will also keep an eye on sustainability, the use of regional products and the expansion of vegetarian and vegan options.
