Blattwerk - deine vegetarische Mensa

In the Blattwerk, seating bunks, a lounge corner and a meeting point invite you not only to eat, but also as a meeting place to linger or study in comfort. Be surprised by the exclusively vegetarian and vegan new dishes, i. e.

  • Shakshuka with shepherd's cheese, green hummus and baguette
  • Baked feta cheese on spinach leaves with lemon yoghurt, pine nuts and garlic baguette
  • Black bean salad with vegan vegetable nuggets and tomato-sunflower salsa  

.Another highlight on Tuesdays is always homemade fresh pasta, straight from the pan at the Fresh Point, and for those with a sweet tooth we have lots of new vegan desserts on offer.

Happy Hour: From now on, 15 minutes before closing, all self-service meals are half-price (salad bar, pasta bar, vegetable bar, desserts, soups).

Come and taste!

The animal rights organisation PETA regularly awards particularly vegan-friendly canteens in Germany. In August 2023, "Blattwerk - deine vegetarische Mensa" received 4 stars, the highest award for vegan-vegetarian establishments. This honours our commitment to vegan nutrition in university catering.
