The residential complex offers 232 furnished single rooms in 3- and 4-room apartments as well as 6 places suitable for disabled persons in 2-room apartments. The apartments have a fitted kitchen and shower bathrooms for communal use. All rooms have internet, telephone and cable TV connections.

For students who need a room for a period of less than half a year, rooms for short-term rent are offered at a higher price and with additional services. These are allocated by the Central Short-term Rental Office.
