Our cafeteria Blattwerk - deine vegetarische Mensa has just been awarded four stars by the animal rights organisation PETA as one of the most vegan-friendly cafeterias in Germany. This means that, together with only one other cafeteria, we belong to the small group of excellent mixed vegan-vegetarian university restaurants.
PETA was not only impressed by the purely vegan-vegetarian range of main courses,Peta has also evaluated whether vegan starters and desserts and, for example, plant-based drinks for coffee specialities are also available.
