In May we asked you for feedback on our dining halls and cafés in our online survey, and now the results are in!
Around 9,000 participants rated the quality of areas such as the range of products, service and premises. The evaluation shows that you are satisfied to very satisfied at all locations! In particular, you gave top marks for service, but you also rated the quality, taste and freshness of the food positively. We are delighted with this great result, which reflects a high level of customer satisfaction, and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part in the satisfaction survey.
We will take your wishes and requirements into account when planning university catering, while also keeping an eye on issues such as variety in food selection, the relationship between product benefits and expected price, and the expansion of vegan options and regional products.
